My co-teacher, professoressa Celestina Piccione, took me to a department store to get some school supplies. It is new and I am amazed at how many different things they have there. When I left Italy, 16 years ago, it was still mom and pop stores. I got several flyers from the store to use in class!

This store, Maury's, is right behind McDonald's.... something else that was no-where to be seen in the '90s. I thought their menu was pretty interesting and, as a whole, just much more aesthetically pleasing.
